Brewing

TONIC. For health benefits. 1-2 tbsp per 1 cup, steep overnight in a covered vessel.
TEA. For casual enjoyment. 1-3 tsp per 1 cup, steep in a covered vessel or simmer on low up to 20 min. in a pot.

Choose a brewing vessel that keeps your tea hot and sealed while steeping. The longer the steep, the more potent the tea. A french press or mason jar is our preferred steeping method, for the most flavor, nutrition, and effect!
