So, start simply. Go ahead and add your daily dose of Elderberry Syrup to that jug of sangria you’re sharing with your friends! Splash some Fire Cider into a bowl of soup! Mix the two together for an immune-boosting vinaigrette!

Autumn Elderberry Sangria
4 servings – ingredients:
- 1/2 apple + orange cut up
- handful of fresh rosemary + thyme
- 1/2 cup Elderberry Syrup
- 3/4 cup orange juice and/or apple cider
- 1/3 cup brandy
- 750 ml bottle dry red wine
- ~1 cup Ice to chill
Add fruit + herbs to a pitcher, muddle with wooden spoon. Add Elderberry Syrup, juice + brandy, muddle again. Fill pitcher with bottle of wine, add ice, stir well. Enjoy with friends!
